What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards issued domestically and overseas (VISA, MASTER, American Express, Diners Club, SAISON, UC, JCB, and DC).

If you don't have a credit card, please use a debit card from the brand listed above or a prepaid card (pre-charge type).

If you can't apply because an error appears when settling by credit card, please contact your credit card company directly.


I can't apply due to an error that appeared when settling, but why was I charged with a fee from my bank account?

In case you use a debit card, the service fee will be withdrawn from your account once when a settlement error appears, but it will be refunded after a few days.

Please contact your credit card company directly if you want to know more information.


Purchasers of the tickets shall NOT RESALE, transfer, or auction off the tickets.


After purchase


I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail.

It is possible that the e-mail address that was used for registration is wrong or sometimes confirmation emails are caught in the spam or junk folders, so be sure to check there first! If it isn't there, please contact us from the inquiry form.


I want to confirm if my order was completed correctly.

Go to "My account" > "Track my order" at the top right of the ticket site. From there please enter your order ID (number after #) or email address used to register at the time of purchase.

You will receive an URL via e-mail that you can use to check your order status.

* The URL will expire in 1 hour. Please access the URL within 1 hour.

* The link in the email will become invalid after using it once. If an "error" appears, please repeat the procedure again.

If the problem persists, please contact us from the inquiry form.


I want to cancel or change something about the order (event, date, number/type of ticket, etc...) or I won’t be able to attend.

After confirming your order, we can’t accept cancellations or changes due to personal reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding.


What about a refund in case the show/event is canceled?

We will make a refund procedure if the show/event will be canceled.

Details such as refund method will be notified by email at the time of cancellation decision.

I want to know more detail about the event, time schedule, information about the venue, admission rules, and so on.

Please check the latest information from time to time on each event's official home page.




QR code ticket


Can I enter the venue separately from my group members?

If you purchased a group ticket, all participants in that group are included in 1 QR code that will be sent to the ticket buyer. Please have the ticket buyer and all of the group members enter the venue together. We cannot issue QR codes separately for each participant.


The QR code ticket in the email is not displayed correctly.

Go to "My account" > "Track my order" at the top right of the ticket site. From there please enter your order ID (number after #) or email address used to register at the time of purchase.

You will receive an URL via e-mail that you can use to check your order status.
